The health and safety of our patients and staff is a priority. In addition to following industry standards in health practices, we have increased cleaning and sanitation of our office due to the current concerns of the spread of COVID-19. Our staff has been instructed on measures to protect themselves against increased risks from contracting and spreading COVID-19.
As a convenience to our patients, we are mailing out as many resupplies as possible. If patients choose to pick up supplies, we will deliver the supplies to vehicles.
In addition to these measures, all patients are asked the following questions before entering our office at the time of making an appointment and again before entering our office. If any of the questions are positive, we ask they do not enter our building and adhere to the shelter in place policy.
Do you currently or have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:

Thank you for being understanding during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We appreciate your business and wish good health to all our patients and their families!
