The health and safety of our patients and staff is a priority. In addition to following industry standards in health practices, we have increased cleaning and sanitation of our office due to the current concerns of the spread of COVID-19. Our staff has been instructed on measures to protect themselves and patients against increased risks from contracting and spreading COVID-19.
We believe in following common sense and increased courtesy at this time. Please follow government guidelines in mask usage and social distancing. Please practice a regular routine of appropriate hand-washing, stay home when feeling ill, and if you or anyone in your household can answer positively to the following questions, please do not enter our building.

We are happy to assist our patients by continuing to mail supplies to patients. We offer complimentary shipping service for supplies when they meet a minimum amount. Payments to patient accounts can be made by clicking on the "Make a Payment" tab above.
